How do I qualify?
In order to qualify, you must purchase one adult entrée and one Kids Meal (on the same receipt) Monday – Friday at a participating Olive Garden between 9/28/15 and 10/23/15. Within 14 days of your purchase register and submit your details, including a clear and complete picture of your receipt with the qualifying meals and date and time of purchase circled (please make sure we can see all required information on the receipt and that the image is not blurry, as each receipt can only be submitted once). Within 48 hours of receiving your registration an email will be sent to you with a reward code and link to select your Fun Pass. You will need to submit your details and this reward code to access the list of participating partners in your area. Make sure to select and confirm your partner choice no later than 2:59AM ET on 12/1/15. Depending on the venue you select you will receive either a voucher or a partner code. Follow the instructions provided with the voucher or partner code to redeem your Fun Pass at the selected venue and enjoy!
How do I submit a picture of my receipt to complete my registration?

Don't worry, it's easy!

If you are using a smart phone:

  1. First, make sure that the qualifying meals and date and time of purchase are circled.
  2. Then take a clear picture of the receipt with the camera on your phone. Make sure we can see the qualifying meals and the date and time in the picture. Please remember that if the image of your receipt is blurry or if we can't see the qualifying meals and date and time of purchase you will not be qualified and will not be given a second chance at submission.
  3. Go to the Register page (redeem.olivegarden/register) on your phone.
  4. Submit your personal details and then click the "Browse" button.
    1. If you are using an iPhone select "Photo Library" and select the picture of your receipt.
    2. If you are using an Android select "Documents" and select the picture of your receipt.
  5. You should now see the file name on the registration form.
  6. Your registration form is now completely filled out! Go ahead and click the "Register" button and you are all set!

If you are using a digital camera:

  1. First, make sure that the qualifying meals and date and time of purchase are circled.
  2. Then take a clear picture of the receipt with your camera. Make sure we can see the qualifying meals and the date and time in the picture. Please remember that if the image of your receipt is blurry or if we can't see the qualifying meals and date and time of purchase you will not be qualified and will not be given a second chance at submission.
  3. You will now need to upload the picture of your receipt to your computer. Follow your digital camera manual for instructions on how to do this (every camera is different). TIP: Save the picture of your receipt on your desktop so it's easy to find.
  4. Once the picture of your receipt is saved to your computer, go to the Register page (redeem.olivegarden/register).
  5. Submit your personal details and then click the "Browse" button.
  6. Select the picture of your receipt that you saved on your computer.
  7. You should now see the file name on the registration form.
  8. Your registration form is now completely filled out! Go ahead and click the "Register" button and you are all set!
I'm having issues uploading my receipt. Is there another way to send you my registration?

Yes! Please download the Registration Form below and postmark it with your original receipt to the below address within 14 days of your purchase (as indicated on your receipt). Please don't forget to circle the qualifying meals and the date & time of purchase on your receipt.

Please note that due to personal data being posted on this Registration Form, it is strongly recommended that 'Certified Mail' through the United States Postal Service is used to ensure that the transfer of the Registration Form can be tracked. Mail from 3rd party carriers such as FedEx, DHL and UPS will not be accepted to a P.O. Box. The Released Parties are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Registration Forms and will not issue or replace Registration Forms or receipts in any of these events. Please also note that receipts will not be returned.

Do I need to buy an adult entrée and a Kids Meal at the same time or can I order them on separate visits?
You must purchase both one adult entrée and one Kids Meal on the same receipt at a participating Olive Garden Monday – Friday between 9/28/15 – 10/23/15.
What is a Fun Pass?

Fun Pass offers will vary by participating partner. Participating partner activities range from Mini-Golf, Go-Carting, Laser Tag, Bowling, Zoos, Paintball, Roller Skating and more. The specific offers at each venue typically fall under one of the following three scenarios:

  1. A 2-for-1 offer allowing a child's entry with a paying adult
  2. A 2-for-1 offer allowing a free child's entry with a second child's entry at full cost or
  3. One free pass (will vary between adult entry and a child's entry by partner).

Depending on the venue you will receive either a voucher or a partner code. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date you are sent the voucher. Partner code expirations will vary by partner (check the email sent to you with the partner code for the expiration). For reward terms and conditions please visit the Terms & Conditions page.

How many Fun Passes can I receive?

You can receive as many Fun Passes as the amount of qualifying purchases you have made and registered. You are also allowed to make multiple qualified purchases on the same receipt. So, if you purchased 3 adult entrees and 3 Kids Meals on the same receipt, after you register your receipt you will receive 3 reward codes to select 3 Fun Passes.

It is very important to understand that there is a limit of 2 vouchers/partner codes allowed per visit/booking. In other words, you will not be able to use more than two vouchers or partner codes at a time. Some partners may have further restrictions; it's important to fully understand each partner's offer before confirming your selection.

When do I have to submit my receipt?
Your receipt must be uploaded and submitted within 14 days of the date you made your qualified purchase (as indicated on the receipt). Please don't forget to circle the qualifying meals and the date & time of purchase on your receipt.
I have submitted my registration. When will I receive my Fun Pass?
Within 48 hours of submitting your registration, we will send you an email containing a unique reward code and link to the Select Partner page. If you have not received this email within 48 hours please check your spam box or email us at OliveGardenFunPass@rewardrequest.com or call at 844-589-1563 Monday through Friday 9AM – 6PM ET (excluding public holidays).You will need to submit your details and this reward code to access the list of participating partners in your area. Make sure to select and confirm your partner choice no later than 2:59AM ET on 12/1/15. Depending on the type of partner you select you will receive either a voucher or a partner code. Follow the instructions provided with the voucher or partner code to redeem your Fun Pass at the selected venue and enjoy.
When does my unique reward code expire?
The unique reward code you are emailed after we receive your valid registration must be submitted on the Select Partner page no later than 2:59AM ET on December 1, 2015.
Are there any restrictions to the offers?
This reward is only valid with the purchase of one adult entrée and one Kids Meal purchased Monday – Friday between September 28, 2015 and October 23, 2015 at a participating Olive Garden. Your registration (including uploading your qualified receipt) is required within 14 days of purchase. You will only have one chance to upload your receipt when you are registering, so please make sure you remember to circle the qualifying meals, date & time of purchase on your receipt and make sure the picture of your receipt is clear. If we cannot read your receipt or can't see the required information then unfortunately you will be disqualified. The unique reward code emailed to you within 48 hours of submitting your registration expires after 2:59AM ET on 12/1/15. This reward is subject to availability and the value and types of rewards will vary dependent on the geographic location and vendor fulfilling the reward. There is a limit of two vouchers/partner codes per visit/booking per venue/partner. You must be 13 years of age or older in order to redeem. This reward is only valid in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories). If you receive a voucher to bring to your selected venue, the voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue, the person whose name is on the voucher must be present at time of redemption and must present valid photo I.D. If you receive a partner code to redeem on a partner website, please refer to the email with your partner code which will communicate the expiration date. I've already redeemed for a Fun Pass. I have a new receipt with a qualified purchase. Can I redeem again?
Yes. You have the ability to redeem for multiple Fun Pass rewards. You can receive as many Fun Passes as the amount of qualifying purchases you have made and registered. To redeem again, simply register your new receipt and follow the same redemption steps as before. Just remember, there is a limit of two vouchers/partner codes per visit/booking per venue/partner.
My friend and I both have vouchers to the same venue. Can we go together?
Yes, there is a maximum of two vouchers per visit per venue. If you have a third friend with a voucher, he/she will not be able to use the third voucher during your visit.
How long do I have to use my Fun Pass?
Depending on what partner you select you will receive either a voucher or a partner code to redeem on the partner website. All Fun Pass vouchers are valid for three months from date of issue. The voucher expiration date is displayed on the voucher. If you receive a partner code to redeem on a partner website, please refer to the email with your partner code which will communicate the expiration date.
Can I give my Fun Pass voucher to a friend to go to a venue without me?
Sorry, your name will be printed on the voucher and the person whose name is on the voucher must be present at time of redemption. The venue will request photo I.D. to verify this rule.
I clicked on "Notify Me" because there was no offer available in my area, when will I hear back if there is an offer in my preferred area?
Once you submit a "Notify Me", our representatives will work hard to solidify a Fun Pass offer in your area. We will notify you as soon as that offer is identified, which could take 4-6 weeks depending on your area. We will provide an update via email within 2 weeks. Please make sure to check your spam box as well.
What if a Fun Pass offer is not able to be identified in my preferred area?
If in the extremely rare instance a Fun Pass offer cannot be established within your preferred area, we will provide an alternative offer of comparable or greater value.
I changed my mind and want to exchange my reward for another. What do I do?
Sorry, your partner and offer selection is final. However, if you make another qualified purchase between September, 28, 2015 and October 23, 2015 and register the receipt within 14 days of purchase you can qualify for another Fun Pass!
