Terms and Conditions

  1. This complimentary Fun Pass ("Reward") will vary by participating venue. The specific Rewards offered will vary between one  of the following Rewards which are dependent on the participating venue selected:

    1. one (1) two for the price of one (2-for-1) Reward allowing a child's entry with a paying adult

    2. one (1) two for the price of one (2-for-1) Reward allowing a free child's entry with a second child's entry at full cost

    3. one (1) free pass (will vary between adult entry and child's entry by venue).

    Additional restrictions and details may apply to each specific venue's Reward. Venues may include but are not limited to: mini-golf, go-carting, bowling, zoo's, museums, roller skating, etc.

  2. This Reward requires a purchase of one (1) adult entree and one (1) Kids Meal from the kid's menu in the same transaction at a participating Olive Garden in the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories) ("Qualified Purchase") with the Qualifying Purchase made Monday through Friday between September 28, 2015 and October 23, 2015 ("Final Purchase Date") ("Qualified Purchase").

  3. To receive the Reward, the Customer must make a Qualified Purchase and visit the Register page on the promotional microsite where the Customer must:

    • Submit first name, last name, email address, date of birth, ZIP code, phone number, city where the Qualified Purchase was made and date of Qualified Purchase

    • Upload a clear and complete image of the receipt showing the Qualified Purchase with the time, date and qualifying meals circled

    Customer must submit all of the above at once within fourteen (14) days of the date the Customer made the Qualified Purchase, as indicated on the receipt ("Registration"). Picture of receipt that is uploaded must be clear and legible. The time and date of purchase as well as the qualifying meals must be circled and visible in the image of the receipt. Customer will automatically become disqualified and will immediately become ineligible to redeem a Reward should this condition not be followed. Customer will not have the option to submit the same receipt a second time. The Reward Company, Inc, d/b/a TLC Marketing Worldwide ("Promoter") will validate the Registration within forty eight (48) hours of the Registration being submitted and email the qualified Customer a unique reward code and link to the Select Partner page. Unique reward code is required to complete a Reward redemption and expires after 2:59AM ET on December 1, 2015. Customer must submit first name, last name, email address, date of birth, phone number, ZIP code and unique reward code on the Select Partner page to access the list of participating partner venues listed within a thirty five (35) mile radius of the ZIP code entered. Customer must then select and confirm the preferred venue. Depending on what venue is selected the Customer will receive either a voucher or a partner code. If the Customer receives a voucher, Customer must present the voucher upon arrival of the venue along with valid photo I.D. The person whose name is on the voucher must be present at time of redemption. If the Customer receives a partner code, Customer must follow the instructions provided in the email with the partner code to redeem the Reward on the partner website.

  4. There is an option to mail in a Registration instead of submitting a Registration online. Registration must be submitted by either mail or online; it cannot be submitted more than once with the same receipt. If the Customer chooses to mail in the Registration rather than submit it online, the Customer must follow the below steps to receive the Reward:

    • Download and completely fill out the Registration Form, provided on the FAQ page, including all required fields with valid information, accepting the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and signing and dating the Registration Form.

    • Postmark the Registration Form along with the original receipt showing the Qualified Purchase with the time, date and qualifying meals circled within 14 days of purchase (as indicated on the receipt) to Olive Garden® Fulfillment Center, P.O. Box 961827, Boston, MA 02196. Receipt that is postmarked must be clear and legible. The time and date of purchase as well as the qualifying meals must be circled and visible on the original receipt. Customer will automatically become disqualified and will immediately become ineligible to redeem the Reward should this term not be followed. Customer will not have the option to submit the same receipt a second time. The original receipt will not be returned to the Customer. Any incomplete or illegible Registration Forms will be deemed nonqualified. 

    The Reward Company, Inc, d/b/a TLC Marketing Worldwide ("Promoter") will validate the Registration within five (5) days of the Registration being received and will email the qualified Customer a unique reward code and link to the Select Partner page. Unique reward code is required to complete a Reward redemption and expires after 2:59AM ET on December 1, 2015. Customer must submit first name, last name, email address, date of birth, phone number, ZIP code and unique reward code on the Select Partner page to access the list of venues listed within a thirty five (35) mile radius of the ZIP code entered. Customer must then select and confirm the preferred venue.  Depending on what venue is selected the Customer will receive either a voucher or a partner code.   5. The Reward is only valid for one (1) Reward redemption per Qualified Purchase registered. Multiple Qualified Purchases are allowed on one (1) receipt.

  6. Multiple registrations with the same receipt shall not be qualified and Promoter has no obligation whatsoever to honor any offers accepted in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  7. There is a limit of two (2) Reward vouchers/partner codes to be used per visit/booking per venue/partner. Anyone accompanying the two (2) voucher/partner code holders and their respective guests must pay the regular price for their service. All visits outside of the Reward will cost full price.

  8. This Reward is subject to promotional availability and the value and types of Rewards will vary dependent on the geographic location and vendor fulfilling the reward.

  9. Reward available while Reward supplies last.

  10. Reward valid in the continental United States only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories and possessions).

  11. Must be thirteen (13) years of age or older to redeem this Reward.

  12. Valid photo ID required.

  13. Reward selection is final.

  14. This Reward is based on advance bookings at participating venues.

  15. Voucher valid until date indicated on voucher. Partner code valid until date indicated on accompanying email.

  16. Taxes and gratuity are not included. Additional costs/fees for any products and services outside of the Reward are not included.

  17. Valid debit or credit card may be required to redeem Reward.

  18. Each venue will also have its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this promotion, which will be binding upon choice of venue. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.

  19. The use of any partner or venue website and the content is used at the Customer's own risk.

  20. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.

  21. This Reward may be based upon advance appointment times. Some venues are seasonal and only open during certain periods. It is the bearer's responsibility to determine the hours of operation of the selected venue. It is the bearer's responsibility to call venue for full details prior to redemption. The Customer using the voucher/partner code must follow the instructions provided in the voucher/partner code and accompanying email. The booking instructions and all other information stated within the voucher/partner code and accompanying email also form part of the terms and conditions of this Reward. If the Customer receives a voucher with redemption, the Customer must present the voucher at the attraction ticket office before entering the venue. Customer must present the voucher upon arrival along with valid photo I.D. The person whose name is on the voucher must be present at time of redemption. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed, voucher/partner code will be voided for use and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their non compliance.

  22. Failure to appear at venue at time of reservation (if applicable), without giving venue prior notice, gives venue the right to refuse Reward. This may result in charge for Reward or refusal by venue to reschedule Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed, Reward will be voided for use and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their non-compliance.

  23. This Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

  24. Void if photocopied and where prohibited or restricted by law.

  25. For the purpose of this Reward and these terms and conditions, the term, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Darden Corporation, their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors, and vendors specifically involved in this promotion.

  26. This information is correct at the time of promotion launch, although venues and Released Parties reserve the right to change details at any time. Each venue featured reserves the right to make the final decision of admission, according to the rules and regulations established at their venue. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for this decision.

  27. The terms of this promotion are as stated here and no other representations (written or oral) shall apply.

  28. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of services. Any dispute must be settled directly with the venue concerned.

  29. Released Parties cannot accept any liability for personal loss or injury at the featured venues. Any dispute must be settled directly with the venue concerned.

  30. The Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Registrations, qualifying emails (with unique reward code), Fun Pass Reward and/or redemption requests and the Released Parties will not issue or replace any Registrations, qualifying emails (with unique reward code), Fun Pass Reward and/or redemption requests in any of these events. Due to personal data being posted on the Registration Form, if Customer decides to mail in the Registration, it is strongly recommended that 'Certified Mail' through the United States Postal Service is used to ensure that the transfer of the Registration Form can be tracked. Mail from 3rd party carriers such as FedEx, DHL and UPS will not be accepted.

  31. The Reward has no monetary value. This Reward is not transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.

  32. The Reward is subject to promotional availability and Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a reward of equal or greater value.

  33. This Reward is issued by the Promoter located at PO Box 961827, Boston, MA 02196, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.

  34. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
